Avocado with Tomato and Basil

Here is an easy beauty detox lunch if you’re eating at home. When I sat my kids down for lunch and they saw this plate on the table, they both wanted to eat what I was eating! I had made them a pretty standard kid-lunch of peanut butter and jelly, but I wound up sharing my sandwich with them and cutting up some extra tomatoes and avocado for everyone.

Ingredients:

gluten-free bread

dijon mustard

fresh basil

1/2 avocado

tomato

sea salt

Directions:

Toast the bread, spread some dijon mustard, pile on the basil, tomato and avocado. Sprinkle on a little sea salt to taste.
